Year of Yes by Shonda Rimes (29/52)

One of the most successful TV writers of all time lets us in to her world and the struggle of an introvert in an extroverted world. She challenges herself to say yes to any offer she receives and finds out that life can be beautiful when you let the world in. This book supports my philosophy of being open to the world as good things are always around. Rimes is, not surprisingly, funny, thoughtful and offers a meditation on people who feel overwhelmed by the chaos and busyness that always surrounds. Excellent read!
