Warlight by Michael Ondaatje (39/52)

Ondaatje is a master storyteller. With beauty and poetry, he tells the story of two kids left behind by their parents during the post-war. They are left in the care of a mysterious man they call The Moth. What happens when kids are left to their own devices in their formative years? This is compelling, brilliant and I couldn’t put it down. Incredible novel by one of the greatest Canadian writers.
