Uncommon Type: Some Stories by Tom Hanks (13/52)

This collection of short stories from Tom Hanks (yes, that Tom Hanks) has the natural likeability in common with its author. Hanks writes of space, typewriters, surfing, and identity with ease. His stories are not cutting-edge fiction, but rather a good story, written well. He captures nostalgia and heartbreak well. These were smooth easy stories that I enjoyed as a whole.
