Better Than Before by Gretchen Rubin (19/52)

Habits are an inevitable part of living. Good or bad, the presence of habits save us from making constant decisions about our behaviour. Rubin helps us develop habits to improve and relinquish habits that debilitate. This book reads smooth and is personable. Rubin refers to anecdotal evidence as much as scientific evidence and demonstrates her breadth of research and willingness to test theories on herself. This is a fun, helpful book.
